Plant tissue culture is a collection of ways used to maintain or grow plant cells, tissues or organs under sterile conditions on a nutrient culture medium of known composition. It's extensively used to produce duplicates of a plant in a system known as micropropagation. Micropropagation using meristem and shoot culture to produce large figures of identical individualities.
