Horticulture

Horticulture is the branch of agriculture that deals with the art, science, technology, and business of plant civilization. It includes the civilization of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, sprouts, mushrooms, algae, and flowers, seaweeds and non-food crops similar as grass and ornamental trees and plants. Horticulture is the civilization of nuts, fruits, vegetables and flowers. In pastoralist crops the useful part of the plant is generally the grain, or seed.
