Biography
She is a Professor and principle investigator at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Plant cell biology. She is a recipient of many awards and grants for her valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. Her research interests lie in plant cell biology, transgenic crop and plant biology. She is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and her area of expertise credits her with many publications in national and international journals. She is committed to highest standards of excellence.
